Physician $160.00 +HST

Other Health Care Professionals $120.00 +HST

Resident/Student $80.00 +HST

*Registrants will have the option to select in-person or virtual attendance during the registration process.

CANCELLATION POLICY

The University reserves the right to cancel an activity due to insufficient registration or any circumstances that are beyond our control. Cancellations received before August 30, 2024, will be refunded less a 25% administrative fee to a maximum of $50.00. No refunds or requests to change from in-person to virtual (or vice versa) will be permitted after that date.
